We're so excited to share that we have officially relaunched. We've brought back some of our best sellers, including Mind your Head and our kids' journals!

Our mission is to create open and honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

Journaling has always been an amazing platform for me to be open and honest about how I'm feeling, and I'm so glad it's provided so many people with that same outlet over the years.

For the past two years, I’ve worked closely with people in the Domestic, Sexual, and Gender-Based violence sector, as well as in addiction services.

Through this work, I’ve become increasingly aware of how isolating and misunderstood these issues can feel to those experiencing them. Sadly, society often treats them as hidden issues, which further excludes people.

But these issues are not just happening to ‘other people’, they are happening to people we know and love whether it’s ourselves, our friends, our family, our co-workers, they are there and I believe they deserve a place in our conversations about mental health, healing, and support.

That’s why, with this relaunch, I’m hoping to start meaningful discussions not just about mental health and wellness, but about the issues that contribute to poor mental health like relationships, societal expectations, gender inequality, and more.

This isn’t just a business to me. It’s a community of people who are passionate about breaking down the barriers of stigma, shame, and silence.

I want it to be a space where we’re not only acknowledging the realities people face but also highlighting the support systems that are already in place but don’t always get the recognition that they deserve.

To do this, I’ll be bringing in interviews with people who have valuable experiences and information to share, inviting guest writers who are passionate about these topics, and posting information on community resources and support networks.

My goal is to create a space where anyone can find information on the kinds of support that are out there, so everyone knows what help is out there from local community groups, support services, helplines, and more.

For those of us dealing with mental health struggles, past traumas, or other personal challenges, community can be our lifeline. It’s a reminder that we’re not alone, that there are others who understand, and that healing is possible. A positive, supportive community can keep us going even on the hardest days.

Through this relaunch, I want to make sure that anyone looking for community or support can find it here. Whether you’re struggling with something that’s rarely spoken about or looking to better understand these hidden issues, I hope this platform can be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I’m excited to see where this journey takes us and to explore new ways of community and connection. If you’re reading this, thank you for being part of this.
